The exclamation on said hood: "F--k You."
Strong words, Ms. Hadid! Perhaps it's a reaction to any backlash she's gotten from her recent free-the-nipple nude shoot in French Vogue, or anyone trying to stir up breakup rumors about her and the Weeknd. But if we know our girl Bella, she's just in it for a laugh.
